It all began in August, 2017 at a small antique store in Sawyer, Michigan. I spotted a small, vintage food trailer and I was immediately inspired. I immediately went home and drafted an seven page spread complete with recipes, branding, and a year long strategic plan for a business that was yet to exist. Believe it or not, these plans were untouched for eight months!

In March, 2018, I began to sketch the design of our trailer in countless notebooks. Construction began as soon as school got out in June, and my dad and I worked every day until our start date, July 4th 2018.

Now I run Say Cheese on the weekends with my amazing friends that double as fantastic employees and my incredible dad. We serve our 7 unique sandwiches at festivals, private events, and school functions around the Homewood Flossmoor area.

I am so thankful to everyone who has supported me throughout this amazing journey and I am thrilled to see where this will take me in the future.
